ACCOMMODATION AND FACILITIES AT “SRIVARI                KALYANAMANDAPAM, SRI VENUGOPALASWAMY              TEMPLE”

1. Srivari Kalyanamandapam is available for Hindu traditional functions, celebration and marriages only. No allotment for political events and Non-Hindu events.
2. The applicants have to organize the cooking, drinking, parking for their guests at the areas allotted and to take care that no disturbance occurs for devotees visiting the Temple.
3. Smoking cigarettes, drinking alcohol, serving Non-Vegetarian food in Temple premises is strictly prohibited.
4. Plucking flowers, fruits, leaves and cutting tree branches in the Temple premises is not permitted.
5. Loud speakers should not make noise reaching out from the function hall. Indecent songs, dances shall not be played in Temple premises during events.
6. Used and waste paper plates, glasses and garbage should be dropped in the dust bins only and the applicant has to organize to keep the premises clean and neat.
7. Photography and Videography towards Swamyvaaru, Ammavarlu and other idols is strictly prohibited.
8. No marriages will be entertained in absence of the parents of the bride and bride groom or without their consent and acceptance. The Temple Committee will not issue any certificate or confirmation of marriage.
9. The Temple Committee will provide 200 chairs (for Kalyanamandapam only) and limited water for normal usage. The applicant has to organize themselves for Tent, tables, chairs, cooking vessels, drinking water, lighting, decorations etc., at their own cost.
10. The applicant has to deposit 5000.00towards caution deposit along with booking advance. The deposit will be returned after vacating the premises with payment of all settlement dues and the cost of any damages occurring during the occupancy will be deducted from the caution deposit.
11. Tariff of rent and other charges for amenities proved are as follows. 

• Rent for each session of 12 hours (i.e 6.00AM to 6.00PM and 6.00PM to 6.00AM) or 6.00PM to 6.00PM of the following date) Rs. 21,000/-
• Electricity charges per each Unit consumed (as applicable) Rs. 15.00/- per Unit
• Cleaning & Sanitation charges (Fixed amount) Rs. 4,000.00
• Caution deposit (Refundable) Rs. 5,000.00

Notes:  

 I.  The parents  of the bride having white ration             card booking the accommodation for                           marriage can avail a discount of 25% on the             rental charges only subject to submission of the         attested copy of white ration card while                       depositing the amount.

II. Once the amount deposited no amount will be           refunded except caution deposit in case of                   cancellation of booking.

III. The confirmation of the booking will be given              only on receipt of 100% payment as per the                terms of the booking.

IV. Accommodation can be booked with payment            of 25% as token advance and paying the                    balance due within 24 hours to confirm the                reservation date. If the confirmation is not                  taken  by payment of the balance amount                  within  24 hours the token advance amount will  be fore-featured.

 V. All the amounts shall be deposited in  the                    Temple Bank Account through challan or Bank          demand draft only, and cash                                           transaction is not allowed.
